Portable boiler rooms
A Portable Boiler Room, or PBR, contains all the necessary components to start, run and maintain high capacity steam and hot water service. This includes a packaged boiler with burner, feedwater treatment, storage and pumping, fuel handling equipment, electrical switchgear. All connections are made on the outside of the unit, allowing for easy hookup.
Trailer mounted boilers
Trailer-mounted Rental Boilers are offered from 100 hp to over 80,000 pph. Powerhouse custom matches firetube and watertube boilers with trailers for easy shipping, setting and leveling. Most units can be combined with fuel storage, feedwater treatment or other boiler auxiliaries including deaerators or heat exchangers, for the complete package.
Boiler in a box
For times when all you need is a boiler. Our Boiler in a Box systems include a package fire-tube boiler with up to 800 HP of power, installed expertly into a standard shipping container. If you have plant feedwater treatment already in place, the Boiler in a Box may be the right package for you. Comes pre-piped with 100% external connections for easy installation.
Skid-mounted boilers
Our skid mounted boilers are the most portable and flexible boilers available for your small scale steam and hot water needs. They come fully packaged and are mobile enough to be easily moved with a forklift to anywhere you need them, whether outside your boiler room, inside your boiler room, or under cover.
