Need a boiler fast? The trailer mounted boiler systems offer the most economical option to get a rental boiler at your facility in the fastest way possible. An open trailer allows accessibility to all sides of the equipment and connection piping from virtually any side. When the weather is not a concern for equipment operation and the operators, the trailer mounted system is an economical solution to provide the bare essentials to keep your operation running.
Trailer Mounted Boilers have a multitude of advantages. One, they are the most economical option of our boiler rental fleet. They require less amperage, which in return uses less energy, leading to a lower utility bill. Also, because of this, they leave a smaller environmental footprint, making them a more environmentally friendly option.
In addition, the open design of the Trailer Mounted Boiler provides access to all sides of the equipment along with easily accessible connection points. These aspects, combined with the minimum equipment that is supplied on the trailer, make the Trailer Mounted Boiler easy and quick to operate. The collapsible covering for operator area with electrical and control panels also creates a safe, and preferable, working space for the boiler operator.
Although the Trailer Mounted Boiler has a lot of advantages, there are some factors that should be taken into consideration before purchasing or renting a Trailer Mounted Boiler.
Due to the open deck set up of the boiler, it is exposed to elements, so if you are in an area that is hit by harsh or severe weather, a Trailer Mounted Boiler may not be the best choice for you.
In addition, a second (cold) water input is required for blowdown tempering if you are disposing blowdown to the sewer drain. Trailer Mounted Boilers also require properly conditioned, treated, and pressurized feedwater and are dependent on exterior systems for operation.
Skid-mounted boilers are the ideal solution when the biggest job site concern is space.
When a shutdown (emergency or planned) of your plant includes all the components to operate your boiler the only solution is a completely furnished Portable Boiler Room.
