Our Southeast Operations & Production facility joined the Powerhouse brand only recently, following the acquisition of Corn Services Co. in late 2016. Corn Service was a Boiler and Piping Systems company which has built its business and expertise over 40 years of value oriented service. Their experienced staff of electricians, welders, pipe fitters, and service technicians can meet your facilities and project needs in the boiler room and beyond.

This location has been providing Charlotte, NC boiler service and equipment since 1971. Now as part of Powerhouse, this facility primarily services customers in the Mid-Atlantic and Southeast areas of the U.S, and engages on special projects in the Northeast and South America.

In addition to boiler systems service and support, the Southeast operations team offers the surrounding areas of Charlotte, NC boiler rental and installation services for facility maintenance and construction projects.
