Blake Gearhart

Blake came to Atlas Copco in 2005 with 8 years experience of direct customer relationships, selling to the Construction, Road, Demolition and Mining industries in the Southwestern United States. When Blake first came to Atlas Copco he was responsible for 13 western states, setting up distribution, rentals and direct while based out of Las Vegas, Nevada. Later in 2005, Blake moved his family to Southern California to focus on the growing Southwestern part of the territory.

In 2009, Blake took on a new role as High Pressure Business Development Manager for both high pressure compressors and hurricane boosters, with a global focus on International Oil and Gas Companies. During that time, Blake again moved his family to Denver, Colorado. In 2013, Blake became the Vice President of the western region, including both the Western United States and Canada, as well as parts of the Midwest for Atlas Copco Specialty Rental.

In 2017, an exciting opportunity came Blake's way and he moved with his daughter to Singapore to manage the business for Atlas Copco Specialty Rental and all of Southeast Asia. This meant traveling and covering the business in Thailand, Malaysia, Vietnam, Philippines and Indonesia. During his first year in Singapore, Blake’s team set record growth and was recognized globally for the contributions made to Atlas Copco Specialty rental group.

In 2019, Blake started to commute to New Jersey from Singapore to help Powerhouse shortly after their acquisition by Atlas Copco in order to integrate them into the Atlas Copco Family. At the start of 2020, Blake relocated to act as full-time Integration Manager at Powerhouse, and now serves as VP of Steam Solutions.

Although Blake has lived in many places around the US and globally, his roots go back to Seattle, Washington, where he remains a strong supporter of the Seattle Seahawks. Blake is looking forward to bringing the already strong team at Powerhouse into the Atlas Copco way of doing business, as well as fully integrating the brand into the Atlas Copco Group and Atlas Copco Rental North America. His focus is on maximizing the synergies between the two to fully capture the steam market and position Atlas Copco as a strong business partner in these new sectors with new technologies.
